Maiden’s Transformation Collection Sailor Moon Ichiban Kuji Lottery

A new Sailor Moon Ichiban Kuji lottery starts today in Japan! The way these lotteries work is you buy a ticket from the store and you open it to reveal which tier prize you won. There is a set amount of prizes in each tier. The better prizes have less quantity available so the odds of winning those are lower. For example in each lottery batch there’s only 2 quantity of the top tier prizes.

This year the Ichiban Kuji theme is ‘Maiden’s Transformation’! The prizes feature scenes and artwork from the girls’ transformations to guardians.

A Prize: Cushion ~ Moon Prism Power Makeup ~ around 40cm
B Prize: Clock ~ Moon Cosmic Power Makeup ~ around 15cm
C Prize: Bath Towel ~ Moon Crystal Power Makeup ~ around 120cm
D Prize: Collection Glasses, 4 styles, around 8cm
E Prize: Art Hand Towels, 4 styles, around 25cm
F Prize: Stained Glass-like Charms, 10 styles, around 6cm
G Prize: Clear File Set ~ Sailor Guardians Transformation Collection ~, comes in sets of 2, 10 sets to collect, 20 designs total, A4 size
Last One Prize: Cosmic Heart Compact Design Pocket Watch, around 5cm, you win this when you buy the last ticket of the lottery

The price per ticket is 620 yen. You can find this lottery at the following locations: Sailor Moon Store, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, bookstores, TSUTAYA, hobby shops, game centers, Animate, etc.

What do you guys think of the items in this lottery? Will you be collecting them? For me, they’re a bit boring and I’m not a huge fan of the cut and paste collage design. I might try to get a couple things if the price is right, but I won’t be getting the whole thing like lotteries past!
