Sailor Saturn Dal Pullip Doll
Last of the senshi to join the Sailor Moon Pullip lineup is the Sailor Saturn Dal doll! Saturn has purplish hair, lilac coloured pupils and light makeup on. Her eyes can move side to side but Dal dolls cannot close their eyes. Her limbs are poseable just like the other dolls. She measures around 26.8cm tall. It will come with the leotard, skirt, boots, tiara, choker, gloves, stand and profile card. This doll is scheduled for release in late October 2015. The retail price is 17,000 yen.
Dal is profiled as Taeyang’s 13 year old sister, Dal is sometimes jealous and considers Pullip her “rival”, but she’s tender and sentimental too.

I am SO glad they chose Dal for this one. To me she is the cutest and has that sweet/sassy expression that makes you just want to scoop her up and make her laugh. Pullip is also beautiful, but lacks the dolly cuteness I like. This doll is gorgeous. Definitely ordering her.

not happy about using DAL. i had been waiting for saturn forever… and this is totally disappointing. her expression doesn’t suit her character at all.

So this would make Saturn and Chibiusa the same height? Saturn was always slightly taller than Chibiusa. Seems like Groove was too tired after making Pluto and rushed Saturn by making her smaller (Dal). Even as a Pullip they could have made her slightly shorter than the others. Not thrilled about this!! All excitment has been killed.

Personally, I think Dal is a lot more cuter than Pullip so Im happy. I kinda wished every other doll was Dal rather than Pullip.

Well…. there goes my hopes of wanting the beautiful Sailor Saturn to be a Pullip and not a Dal. Dals are so ugly. I didn’t mind Chibi Moon being a Dal because I could careless for Chibi Moon, but Saturn? Why Groove? WHY? Why did you have to make Saturn into a Dal??? T_T

dal is not a pullip. Pullip is not a name of company, it is a doll type from groove inc. which makes dolls such as pullip, dal, taeyang. Dal is very immature looking girl(set as 13 years old girl) and pullip is more mature than dal and has a bigger body(set as 17 years old girl).

Dals are shorter than Pullip, with a smaller more childlike body and a completely different face sculpt. While Pullip is more teenage and smiley, Dal looks like a grumpy little girl.
Technically Dal is part of the Pullip series…think of it like Barbie’s little sister Stacey still being considered a ‘Barbie doll’…

Ooooh, now i see why i also didn’t liked Chibi Moon’s face either, I noticed that Saturn’s face wasn’t just as pretty as it should have been and she totally has this “grumpy” look, her lips are just not right :/ too bad that they didn’t made her a Pullip.

I am so excited! Sailor Saturn is one of my favorite characters. I like most of the Sailor Moon Pullip dolls. I just don’t like Sailor chibi Moon.

Honestly I would hope her scilence glaive but it will probably be her hotaru uniform or her all black outfit with the way the dolls have gone.

Since all the others got their school uniforms, I’d be willing to bet it’ll be her all black outfit or her school uniform. She’s really pretty!
