Sailor Moon Carddass Revival Collection
Are you ready for some nostalgic feels? Bandai is re-releasing some Sailor Moon cards from the 90s! This series is called “Sailor Moon Carddass Revival Collection” and it has 32 cards in total (8 holo rare, 24 normal). The cards feature popular character illustrations from the old anime. There are also 2 designs from Sailor Stars that will be brand new and never released before. Some of the cards will be holographic, Bandi’s going to reproduce the sparkle with the latest technology. The collection will start showing up in vending card machines and toy stores mid November 2015. The retail price is 100 yen for 2 cards via vending machines or 200 yen for 4 cards in a package in stores.
When you buy a box from a store, they’re sold in boxes of 16 packs, each pack has 4 cards. You might not get all 32 designs in one box. You can preorder them from Amazon JP or Yodobashi using a deputy service: step by step guide.

Received my 16×24-card box from AmiAmi yesterday and I can confirm that all 32 cards were in the box. The box comes split in 2 sides and each side has all 32 cards. So essentially you’ll be receiving 2 copies of each card in the box.
Nice to have all 32 though, can’t wait for set #2.

I’m curious if these will eventually be sold on sites like JList because I’d love these! I had a few of these the rare chances I could find them in the late ’90s so this so nostalgic for me! Cards so pointless and I’m an adult.. but just looking at them makes me so happy lol

OMG!! I remeber when I was living in the Philippines, they had a Sailor Moon ride. You just sit next to her in this red car and it just moves back and forth, but the BEST part was when the ride ended and you got a trading card! I wish I still had them all!! ): I can’t wait for these.

My childhood has JUST BEEN COMPLETELY REVIVED~! These cards hold so much memories for me, since they were one of the only items that I could afford as a child. I would sell my pretty pencils to my friends in elementary school just to save up for a few hours of jamming quarters into these machines on a Friday.
When I get doubles, I would either trade them for ones I didn’t have or if they are in sticker form, I’d put them on my favorite objects hahaha. Soo much love for these cards~!!!
