Sailor Moon Prism Power Dome Gashapon Set 2
Get ready for set 2 of the Sailor Moon Prism Power Dome gashapon! This set is arguably better than the last because it features Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto’s liprod tops! It also includes the Moon Stick, Cutie Moon Rod and Crystal Carillon! Just like with set 1, you fill these with liquid and little star flakes inside will float, kind of like a snow globe. She never got one because her true power is not allowed two “make up”! Sailor Uranus and Neptun told this to Sailor Moon when she ask why they want to kill hotaru “Sailor Saturn may never wake up! If Sailor Saturn ever wake up means that the end of the world.” (this is what uranus and neptun told sailor moon in the japanese and german version (I only know this versions so may be in other versions to))
So if Hotaru ever shout “Saturn power make up.” you know its over ;D

That’s a really interesting idea but at least in the Japanese she does shout “Saturn power make up” and in one of her transformations she even has a stick so I think it would be really cool to include it. okay well the more I look into it seemingly she doesn’t actually have a wand and that’s a fan video…lol but she does say “make up”. This is honestly fun to research.

The first transformation was from a video game. The rest are fan-made transformations.
In the anime, she never had a transformation sequence

So its not an idea ;D Its the truth! Thats the answer of the question! Saturn never got one because the earth will get destroyed if she transform like the other senshis ;D
I know what Im talking about ^-^ you have to know the Sailor Moon Series better if you dident know that there is no transformation for sailor Saturn ^^ and no transformation stick!

She says “Saturn Crystal Power, Make Up” in the manga. So the whole “she can’t make up theory” is not solid.
