Sailor Moon Crystal Umbrellas from SuperGroupies

SuperGroupies is collaborating with Sailor Moon Crystal to release six pretty umbrellas! The six styles include Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus and the Silver Millennium. For the senshi style, the umbrella features a stripes pattern with a large ribbon bow along with a gold charm. For Sailor Moon the charm is her brooch, for the inner senshi the charms are their planet symbols. The retail price for this type is 5,800 yen.

The Silver Millennium umbrella is a little more expensive at 6,800 yen. Images of the beautiful Moon Castle and Moon Kingdom is printed on it. The price difference is not really explained, but judging from the pictures it looks like this style is more dome-shaped, and the other ones are a little flatter when opened. All the umbrellas are adult sized and can be used in rain or shine. They are scheduled for release in July 2015. You can preorder them at SuperGroupies using a deputy service: step by step guide.

i prefer the black one. others are more for sunny days. but in my country we dont use umbrellas when it is sunny >.<

I couldn’t use this out in the rain. I’d have to use it like a parasol on sunny days ^_^

While these are cute, I don’t think I can justify spending that much on an umbrella. If I want a Sailor Moon umbrella, I’ll just get the red bunny one she actually uses in the show (a mere $20 on ebay).
