NEW Sailor Moon Luna Pen “Disguise Pen” Toy
Premium Bandai is releasing a new Sailor Moon Luna Pen/Disguise Pen!!! It looks very similar to the old 90s one except this one will have a more luxurious feel. The red jewel lights up and it’s also an actual pen! The pen measures around 16.7cm tall and requires 2 LR41 batteries. Retail price is 4860yen, scheduled release date is July 2014. You can preorder here if you live in Japan. People outside of Japan will need a deputy service. CDJapan has a very limited amount available for preorder (6400yen), if it’s sold out, check back occasionally because they have restocked it once already.

Does anyone know how to change the ink cartridge for this pen? I don’t know Japanese so I wasn’t able to interpret the instructions and I didn’t want to risk breaking my pen.

they sold this pen for 30 dollars on the japanese site, i used a calculator. i am really not sure if i will get it now. we moonies outside japan have to pay too much.

On another note, I’m hoping and praying they release the star locket again. And if they do that it actually stays open for the entire pre-order duration, or at least keeps putting up new listings like they did with the recent pointers.

I saw a funny joke about the star locket from ebay it had the price from 13 dollars they forgot to remove that and they asked 600 dollars for it . But even the Luna pen from the 90s is still better then this one, its bigger i saw on the pictures. 90 toys from Germany is something bandai can not win from.

Hopefully CD Japan can get hold of some of these like they did the compacts in the moonlight memory series. I wish they would make Sailor Moon’s first compact and add that to the series!!!

The thing I hate is they sell out fast…
I was going to go through shopping service to get the pointer pens(the 3rd reproduce set that releases in July)…
But somewhere just some feeling I got made me wait and this was it! The transformation pen!!!
But now, I can get this pen but not the 6 pointer pens =_= …. Sold out of preorders…

I’m just award of in the end, if the only way is to get it through ebay… there’s going to be chances of scammers because it’s going to be 4 months of wait. Ebay and Paypal don’t protect transactions more than 45~60 days I think…

Hi, I feel you pain, if I did not have a job I could not even afford a neptune pen. Ebay is safe but they are expensive, and PayPal sucks, so i took a credit card.

Well…we have already have the talisman 😉
And personally I think they are much better because they are actually not made out of plastic but real jewelry ! They are expensive and there is no garnet orb jet ,but the original plastic talisman necklaces ahe mitoo. But what I must say is, a bigger sword and Mirror would be nice though.

Nice news! But unfortunately it really sucks by now so many people try to make big money with PB items. I missed to preorder the first pointer pens so I bought them on ebay for a lot more from a japanese seller. The girl I bought from contacted me again as the outer senshi pointers were ready to pre-order (this time I was fast enough and made my orders via deputy services). She made me an offer to pre-order them for me for just (!) 120€$ each set. 360$ in total! That’s ridiculous.

I’ll be frank, I’m getting really fed up with Bandai at this point. Everything I’ve wanted is a “Premium Bandai Item”. I don’t have the time to use a Deputy service and the two times I’ve tried they’ve been unable to buy the item because it sold out too fast. I would be FINE with a price increase of approx $5-$10USD for international orders plus paying for extra shipping. This elitist crap Bandai (and most Japanese companies) teds to pull is infuriating.

A lot of the P.Bandai stuff does show up on Jlist(usually super gouged), but I wasn’t taking my chances on this and sent in for a deputy service right away.
I think maybe its time for you to share your deputy service guide again judging by how many people don’t know about them!
